  • About Me

Four years ago, my brother introduced me to Randall and Son, and I have been with them ever since. Prior to that, I had been an instructional assistant and special education teacher for many years at various alternative and therapeutic schools in the northwest suburbs. And during my college days (Western Illinois University), I was a summer camp counselor for the Buffalo Grove Park District. I even dabbled a bit in the restoration industry for mold remediation and fire and water restoration.

If I had to describe myself based on my passions, I would say I’m a volunteer camp counselor at heart. Some of my favorite memories and best friendships have resulted from being a volunteer summer camp counselor with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). MDA campers and counselors know that camp week is the best week of the year every year!

  • Should I File an Insurance Claim?

After a weather event, you will likely be bombarded with contractors offering free home inspections and assistance with the insurance claims process.

Often, the advice given to you at your doorstep will be to file a claim, even in situations where the chances of your claim being approved might be low.

This is where transparency sets me apart from the rest. Here, I‘ve uploaded hail size maps for you to access so that you can see where your home falls within the storm zones.

If you suspect your home was affected by a recent storm, I would be happy to take a quick look at your home and show you how your home compares to other homes that have already been approved for an insurance-covered scope of work - transparency.
